3. Service Terms

3.1 Trademark Registration Services: We assist in the preparation and submission of applications to register trademarks for tech products and brands. Once the application is submitted, the process is managed by the relevant government office.

3.2 Scheduling and Transfer: Appointments and service start dates may be adjusted. You may transfer your service to another individual at no extra charge if requested at least 5 business days before the original start date.

3.3 Service Discontinuation and Refunds: If you cancel prior to file preparation, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid. After file preparation begins, fees are non-refundable because resources have been allocated to your application.

4. Information Product Terms

4.1 Delivery: Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase.

4.2 Cancellation and Credits: You may request a credit of the purchase price within 7 days if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. To request a credit, contact us within that period.

4.3 Non-transferability: Access to digital content is personal and may not be shared or transferred.

5. Goods Terms

5.1 Shipping and Delivery: Physical goods are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver.

5.2 Defective or Damaged Items: If a product arrives defective, you may request a replacement or full refund within 14 days of receipt.

5.3 Unused Condition: To qualify for a refund, goods must be in original packaging and unused.

6. General Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made via our contact form. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
